Qiang Bjornbak has obtained admissions to the Bar of the People's Republic of China, the State Bar of California, US District Court Central District of California, US Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit, US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, US Supreme Court, and Court of International Trade. She is now a vice chair of ABA International Law Section Immigration and Naturalization Committee (ABA has more than 400,000 attorney members) and former California State Bar Delegate to ABA House of Delegates

Ms. Bjornbak is a unique attorney with her knowledge on U.S. immigration law, business and civil law & China Law. Since she became an attorney, she has handled close to a thousand cases. Her knowledge of American & Chinese culture, her bilingual ability, and her good connection with eminent attorneys from the U.S., China, Canada, U.K., Australia, France, etc. made her a unique attorney. She has been playing an important role of legal exchange between the U.S. and China. She has won hundreds of immigration cases, settled a seven digit international inheritance case, and settled a class action against United Airlines on behalf of her clients. She has testified as an expert witness on China law in civil cases.

To share her experience in handling immigration and China Law cases, she has been invited by ABA, California State Bar, Los Angeles County Bar Association, Chinese local bar associations, real estate associations to speak on U.S. immigration law, China Law and Chinese culture issues.
