I. Background
1. What is the United States EB-5 Immigrant Investor
U.S. EB-5 Immigrant Investor program (Employment Based Fifth Preference) has been implemented in 1990, aimed at attracting overseas investment immigrants to the United States investment and create employment opportunities.
2. What is the regional center project
U.S. investment in the conventional project requires investment of migrants in the United States invested 100 million U.S. dollars, and hired 10 full-time employees. In 1993, EB-5 immigration regulations added a "regional center migration project" (Regional Center Pilot Program). Third, the project requirements (refer to the main applicant's request)
Individual or spouse's total net assets of more than 100 million; or individual in the past two years, the annual income of each of the 20 million or more, in this year's projected annual income of 20 million or more; or individuals and their spouses in the past two years the total annual income of $ 200,000 or more, in this year's annual total income is projected at 20 million or more. Fourth, the application process and the time required
1. Preparation phase

2. To apply for U.S. immigration and visa approved I-526
a. the principal applicant to submit application documents

• copy of passport personal information pages
• If the applicant in the United States, need to pay visa page and a copy of I-94 card
• birth certificate, marriage notary
• Personal statement of assets and economic conditions
• proof of income sources of the materials such as payroll, employer letter, the sale of real estate documents, property titles, selling stocks, inheritance, proof.

• If the applicant was convicted of money and liability, with the responsibility of the certified judgments, copies of the award.
• Certificate of Registration (including the applicant of all companies in China and other countries)

b. I-526 approval and visa
Time: From I-526 applications submitted to be approved, the fastest need a month (in the future may be faster, 15 days to pay an expedited fee), the slowest need 7-8 months;
To get a visa from the need to be approved about 6 months.

 In the I-526 approved, the money was transferred to escrow account to be invested in the company accounts. If the I-526 is denied, and some regional center investment company with interest the amount of investment return and join all the charges. Some companies will only refund the amount of half a million of investment.
 I-526 approved the document after immigration to the United States National Visa Center NVC, NVC take 3-4 months.
 the document to the National Visa Center Consulate General in Guangzhou, China, Guangzhou Consulate take 3-4 months.
